Evelyn shares that I will sing to my baby always, she lives inside of me everyday my darling Johnniea. Evelyn continues to work hard, in her spare time she writes songs also to pass them on to other great vocalist as well as herself with her husband and confidant Freddie Fox who is also a great guitarist / writer & musician. Over Evelyn's 11th album career. Recently in (1995) Releasing a new album on Expansion Records in Europe. The Album I'll Keep A Light On, has been released only in the European region. But she did not stop Evelyn she was offered a chance to show how talented she is in the recent years with the Dance market, and Hip Hop to do a single called "One More Time " in ( 1996 ) on King Street Sounds ", which jumped to the top 10 single on the club and dance charts in no time at all. 

Evelyn's touring has not stopped. In 1997 Sinbad's Soul Music Fest Part III on (HBO) recently experienced a spark from Evelyn and her band that continues to shine. But wait Sinbad wanted some more of Evelyn's vibrant talent, and invited her back this time on the "Vibe Show." During this time Evelyn has experienced a lot of heartfelt moments of her parents deaths as well as a brother whom all traveled with her for most of her career. (Quote) " I know I'll always miss them forever, but have to know they are with our God, and in his care, and they would like for me to keep on shining. I will continue to keep the King family proud and alive. ( Evelyn say's) So as you can see I still have the determination to go on.
